Engineering,Rigging Installations and Programming
Wilco Equipment Co., Inc. provides engineering for multiple facets of the industry, such as structural engineering for platforms, support structures, and building construction; process system engineering for food processing, skid design and manufacture and packaging systems design and layout. We incorporate our drawings on AutoCAD.
We offer installation of all aspect of the plant including process piping and utility piping installation, conveyor and packaging equipment installation, structural fabrication and installation as well as rigging of the equipment with forklifts and/or cranes needed. All servicemen are certified in all safety programs such as certification on forklifts and man lifts, Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space entry and First Aid to name a few. Our safety programs can be viewed on the ISNetworld site which lists all of our safety programs. In addition to the mechanical installation phase, we also offer PLC programming for process system and packaging systems.

Wilco Equipment Co., Inc. has been in business since 1987 with our focus on Sanitary Stainless Steel fabrication and installation for the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industry. PROJECTS
Here is an example of a HTST skid that was designed and fabricated in the shop. All our employees are certified welders that work with quality and safety as their number one priority.
